All papers are provided in a combination of Rich-Text-Format (main document) and HTML-pages (figures) and should therefore open and display properly on most systems. A certain restriction may be given by the fonts required by the main document for an optimal reproduction. For Windows users I have added the special fonts that may not be on everybody's system (hence the larger file size), but you are on your own in this respect for the Mac versions. Unix users should download the version according to the fonts installed (the Windows version requests the fonts Times New Roman/Arial/Symbol/Splendid/Scribble , the Mac version Times/Helvetica/Symbol/Zapf Chancery/Los Angeles (the last two fonts in each case are however not required for all the papers, and where they are, the source of the rtf-documents can be edited such as to change the fonts required to similar ones on your system (see the included readme-files and graphic font-samples for more).
I have also provided the main documents in HTML- format but some of the original page formatting has been lost here in the course of the automatic conversion.
Note that all the files (apart from the HTML-versions at the bottom) are password protected in order to exclude robots. Just type username:download , password: download into the pop-up box.
